Breif Profile

Mr. Yashwanth Kumar after completing B.A. from Karnataka University joined B.P.Ed. In Bangalore University and completed in the year 1985. He continued his Postgraduate study in Bangalore University and completed M.P.Ed. in the year 1985. He completed his Diploma in Coaching – Volleyball from National Institute of Sports Bangalore in the year 1987. Mr. Yashwanth Kumar joined Veterinary College, Bidar under erstwhile U.A.S. Dharwad in the year 1989 as instructor in the Dept. of Physical Education. He was selected as Assistant professor in the year 1995 and promoted as Assistant professor (S.G.) in 2000 and heading the Dept. of Physical Education. He is undertaking a non-credit course of physical education for I year B.V.Sc. & A.H. students of Veterinary College, Bidar. He is responsible for the overall sports and Cultural events of the University in the capacity of Sports Council, Member Secretary, KVAFSU, Bidar. He is engaged every year in organization of the intercollegiate sports, game and cultural meet in various campuses of the University. He, as Team Manager and Coach, has accompanied the students of the KVAFSU in Inter-University championships on many occasions
