Other Achievement

Dr. Manjunatha K.P., is from Bengaluru, who joined B.V.Sc in 2001, M.V.Sc in 2006 and PhD in 2010. He joined KVAFSU, Bidar in the year 2013 with first placement at Hassan Veterinary College. His PhD Dissertation was on Pathomorphological studies on induced diabetes in rats and evaluation of anti-diabetic efficacy of Pterocarpus marsupium and Swertia chirayita extracts. He has participated in several scientific conferences and is author of more than 15 peer reviewed papers. He also has a long standing interest in Molecular diagnostics of Infectious diseases, Molecular biology and Laboratory animal pathology.
