Experience

• In addition to his leadership at the Athani campus, he holds university-wide responsibilities at KVAFSU, Bidar as Director of SC/ST Cell and Nodal Officer for Samarth e-Governance.
• He holds a professional journey over the last 23 years starting with Veterinary Officer (2003–2006). After 2006, he transitioned into academia, moving through the ranks from Assistant Professor to Associate Professor, and Professor. He has served different Veterinary Colleges across Karnataka, including Shivamogga, Hassan, Gadag and Bengaluru. Beyond teaching Dr. Ganganaik has taken on significant leadership responsibilities that impact student life and campus development through various leadership roles by serving as chief warden and examination coordinator. He also held social responsibility by acting as SCP-TSP coordinator, managing programs dedicated to the Scheduled Castes Sub-Plan and Tribal Sub-Plan.
• With over 30 research publications focusing on Veterinary Anatomy, he received best Paper Award at the 31st IAVA National Convention (2016). As an active member of Lions Club International, he has served as President, General Secretary, and Treasurer.
